- The client will pay 35-50% of the agreed amount at least before starting work.

- If the client approves the final result of the work, programming and plasticization are initiated
- The customer must continue to work continuously to avoid any delay in the agreed period and if the customer neglects to pursue the design or project for a maximum period of 15 days from the date.
- The last reply in his ticket is the period of delay and he has no right to ask us to comply with the prescribed period and the work is pursued where he left off.
- After delivering the project to the client by any agreed means, Cloud Coden is not responsible for any alterations to the business.
- Cloud Coden is not liable for any modification, repair or failure resulting from the modification of the code by you or any other programmer outside the company.
- It should be borne in mind that each of the defects resulting from design and hosting in case of dealing with other companies is not our business.
- Cloud Coden gives up its responsibility for anything that happens to the project or the design of the tampering, sabotage or leak by the owner of the site or any other person who does not belong to Cloud Codeine.
- It is forbidden to use the company's scripts in any location that is contrary to Islamic law.
- You are not entitled to remove software rights without reference and authorization from the management of the company.
- Private software is private to the customer and he is not entitled to trade it without reference to the management of the company.
- When you order for special programming, you are not entitled to request additional additions and amendments after the application has been approved and approved.
- When ordering a special software, the details of the request must be clear and complete as the details explain the cost and duration of the work.
- Any additional details requested are not a blog at the beginning of the agreement and are credited with additional value depending on the amount of work required.
- Paid scripts are licensed for only one domain and when changing the range you must change the license.
- You can work with the same license on more than one site at a lower cost but you need to understand with technical support.
