Fair Consumption Policy

A fair consumption policy is a legally binding agreement between you and the individual or official representative of the enterprise. As such, you must oblige your organization to apply the terms of this Agreement, which clarify and place in your hands.

The terms and conditions of the fair consumption policy and other documents governing the service delivery controls.

The Service is licensed to you based on your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

So please read the agreement carefully before you start using the service.

By requesting the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of the Fair Consumption Policy.

You have expressed your full consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

For information, you will only be allowed access to the Service if you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

General Conditions

Cloud Coden is entitled to refuse to host any site it considers to be contrary to the company's public policies without giving reasons.

In order to safeguard the quality of the service provided to its customers, the Company has the right to discontinue any hosted site that violates its fair use policy, which affects the service provided by the Company to customers or offers the rest of the sites hosted by the Company to suspend whether the suspension is temporary or permanent.

Storage and Resource Areas

1/The number of files in the client's account must not exceed the number of files allowed for the plan. In open hosting plans

Unlimited:

Number of allowed files 75 thousand files and size of area for mail 250 Mega per post

Unlimited-deluxe :

Number of allowed files 150 thousand files and size of area for mail 350 Mega per post

Any location beyond this permissible limit is subject to pause if the customer does not take steps to reduce the number of files in his account.

2/The number of tables in the database shall not exceed 1000 tables and the size of the database shall not exceed 1 GB.

Any account with a database that exceeds the permissible limit will be notified and will be subject to pause unless it takes steps to reduce the size of the database.

3/Customer accounts on this hosting plan:

Their consumption of processors and memory on servers is measured to ensure that they do not reach the maximum plan so that this does not affect the overall server performance and stability of the sites on it.

4/Cloud Codeine, in order to maintain the level and quality of service, is entitled to take such steps as it deems appropriate against accounts that misuse the resources available to it or exceed the maximum use of resources.

5/No backups are provided internally or externally to hosted sites on limited plans
